Day 2

Explore Morne Trois Pitons National Park & Emerald Pool

  • After breakfast, head to Morne Trois Pitons National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site. 
  • Hike through the park’s lush Botanical Garden, known for its diverse collection of tropical plants and trees, offering an immersive nature experience. 
  • Continue your hike to the Emerald Pool, a natural grotto with a stunning waterfall cascading into a shimmering green pool, perfect for a refreshing swim.

Day 3

Full-day hike to Boiling Lake Hike

  • After breakfast, embark on a full-day hike to the world-famous Boiling Lake, the second-largest hot lake in the world. 
  • Hike through Valley of Desolation, a volcanic region filled with steaming fumaroles and bubbling mud pools, creating an otherworldly landscape. 
  • Pass through sulfur springs and marvel at the unique geothermal activity that defines this area. 
  • Enjoy lunch (on your own) and breathtaking views from the summit before returning to Roseau for a relaxing evening at your hotel. 

Day 4

Visit Trafalgar Falls & Wotten Waven Hot Springs

  • Breakfast

  • After breakfast, visit the twin Trafalgar Falls, one of Dominica’s most famous natural attractions. 
  • Hike to the base of Mother Fall, the taller of the two waterfalls, and enjoy a swim in the refreshing waters.  
  • You can also explore the base of the Father Fall, known for its hot spring pools formed by volcanic activity. 
  • In the afternoon, relax in the natural hot springs of Wotten Waven, where the island’s volcanic activity heats up pools for a therapeutic soak. 
  • Return to Roseau for an evening at leisure and relaxing at the hotel. 

Day 5

Explore Titou Gorge & Freshwater Lake

  • Breakfast

  • After breakfast, head to Titou Gorge, a natural canyon formed by volcanic rock. 
  • Take a guided swim through the gorge’s narrow passageways, which lead to a hidden waterfall. 
  • In the afternoon, explore Freshwater Lake, Dominica’s largest lake, where you can kayak, swim, or simply enjoy the serene surroundings. 
  • Spend your evening elaxing at your hotel or head to a local café for dinner on your own. 

Day 6

Guided Indian River Boat Tour & Cabrits National Park

  • After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to the northern part of the island, approximately a 1-hour scenic drive along Dominica’s rugged coastline. 
  • Upon arrival, embark on a guided boat tour of the Indian River, Dominica’s longest navigable river.  
  • Your guide rows silently through the calm waters, you’ll pass through dense mangrove forests, spotting various species of birds, crabs, and iguanas along the way.  
  • The river is famous for its lush, jungle-like surroundings and was featured in the movie “Pirates of the Caribbean”. 
  • After the boat tour, make your way to Cabrits National Park, where you’ll find Fort Shirley, an 18th-century British garrison that's still in great shape.  
  • You can wander around the fort's ruins and take in the stunning views of Prince Rupert Bay. 
  • Take a short hike along the park’s trails, which meander through tropical forest, offering more opportunities to spot wildlife and admire the scenery. 
  • Return in the late afternoon for a relaxing evening at your hotel.

Explore Champagne Reef & Scotts Head Snorkeling

  • After breakfast, head to Champagne Reef, one of the island’s top snorkeling spots, where volcanic gases create bubbles underwater, resembling a glass of champagne. 
  • Spend the morning snorkeling among colorful coral reefs and exotic marine life. 
  • In the afternoon, explore the Scotts Head Peninsula, where you can hike up to the summit for stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean.
