The Cancellation policy defined is applicable universally to all the vacation packages curated by All the packages offered by this platform are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, there are some exceptional cases subject to the policies that may offer a refund, subject to the penalties. In certain cases Hotels, or Activity partners involved in specific packages may provide refunds, albeit subject to penalties outlined in the terms and conditions of the respective package.

Policies for Refundable Packages or a Part of the Package

If Hotels, or other suppliers offer a refund, as outlined in the terms of the package, the responsibility for approving these refunds lies with the respective service providers. If it is refundable, partially refundable or Non refundable, it would be mentioned in the Terms and conditions of the package shared with you.

For refundable or partially refundable packages, the processing time for these refunds can vary, it's typically completed within 45 business days from the specific date of cancellation or when the Hotel or vendor initiates the refund request. Please note that the exact timeline may vary depending on the policies of the individual service providers.

Further, it's important to note that the actual refund amount may be subject to change due to various factors, such as fluctuations in international exchange rates, the total amount recovered from suppliers, and any payments received from customers up to the specified date. Any alterations to the refund value will be communicated to customers via their respective account owners for transparency and clarity.

In consideration of the flight refund, the below-enumerated protocols will apply:

  • The majority of the airline tickets we provide are non-refundable. Any refunds or future credits offered by airlines are subject to the fare rules, policies, and procedures set forth by the respective airlines. It's important to note that these rules may vary depending on the specific airline and the type of ticket purchased.
  • Similar to the Package Booking Fees, all the post-ticketing services are subject to change and are non-refundable. Please note that our fees are separate from any fees or charges imposed by airlines or other suppliers. While we strive to provide transparent pricing, it's essential to be aware that additional fees and charges may be levied by airlines or suppliers for various services or transactions.
  • A processing fee is applicable for permitted cancellations. Flight tickets and service fees are non-refundable, as explicitly stated, ensuring clarity for travelers.
  • If an Airline ticket is refundable, it would be mentioned in the Terms and conditions of the package shared with you. Notably, tickets labeled "No-Show" are ineligible/not qualified for refunds. Additionally, cancellation of air tickets is contingent upon airline approval. It's essential for travelers to adhere to these guidelines for cancellation and refund eligibility.   • Our aim is to secure waivers from airlines to facilitate cancellation and refund requests, streamlining the process for our customers' convenience.
  • Managing refund requests presents challenges, and as such, TrekHops cannot specify an exact timeframe for refunds. To initiate the refund process, customers must contact our customer service team, who will acknowledge the request promptly. However, please note that this acknowledgment does not guarantee compensation eligibility. Our team will provide further updates as the refund request progresses, ensuring transparency and communication throughout the process.
  • Upon receipt of your refund request, we'll liaise with the relevant airline to secure the refund in accordance with their policy, as we rely on their waiver for this amount. We'll keep you updated on the estimated timeline for processing. Once the airline approves the refund, the refunded amount will be promptly credited back to your account.   • Customers will be subject to a Zero Refund policy when canceling hotels labeled as Non-Refundable on the final travel vouchers. Please review the voucher carefully to ascertain the refund eligibility status of your accommodation.
  • Refunds are issued for hotels marked as Refundable on travel vouchers, aligning with the ticket cancellation policy. Final ticket information will be communicated via email for customer convenience.
  • The total refund amount is determined by multiple factors, including fluctuations in international exchange rates. These variables may influence the final refund value, which will be communicated accordingly to customers.
  • While TrekHops endeavors to provide top-class hotels with excellent amenities, we must clarify that we are not responsible for factors such as cleanliness, hotel staff behavior, or the overall quality of accommodation.
  • Customers are solely responsible for any additional costs incurred due to on-trip room upgrades or extra facilities during their stay.
  • Changing hotels during the trip incurs a 100% cancellation fee for the original booking. Please consider this policy before making changes.
  • Requests for late check-in or early check-in are subject to the hotel's discretion. TrekHops cannot process flight cancellation requests due to their inability to process these requests.


Customers are ineligible for refunds when canceling activities labeled as non-refundable on final travel vouchers. Refunds are provided for activities marked as Refundable, following the cancellation policy. The total refund amount for activities may be subject to fluctuations in international exchange rates.


Refund timelines apply to all transfers per the Cancellation policy, and final travel details are emailed to customers. Additionally, transfer amounts may vary due to fluctuations in international exchange rates.

Visa & Insurance

  • TrekHops facilitates visa applications, guiding customers through the formalities and documentation required for specified destinations.
  • The embassy holds sole discretion to reject visas, and TrekHops assumes no responsibility for such rejections.
  • The visa fee is non-refundable in the event of visa application denials.
  • TrekHops is not liable for unforeseen changes to visa formalities by the embassy during processing and document submission. We aim to ensure a seamless visa experience for our valued customers.
  • The insurance will be subjected to a 100% cancellation fee and is non-refundable once applied.
