The day at the yoga retreat begins with the tranquil sound of prayers early in the morning, setting the tone for a day of mindfulness and self-discovery. Following this, participants engage in a series of rejuvenating activities, starting with joint and gland exercises and Hatha Yoga, followed by Pranayama. The morning continues with guided meditation for beginners and silent meditation for others later in the morning, offering a peaceful start to the day. 

After a nourishing breakfast, the day unfolds with a variety of activities, including practicum classes, philosophy lectures, and spiritual videos. Participants also have the option for free time or additional classes before lunch. 

The afternoon includes guided breathing sessions and tea breaks, followed by a Hatha Yoga class in the evening and another session of meditation. Next, the Supper is served, followed by engaging lectures, videos, or special night programs at night. 

The day concludes with night prayers, providing a peaceful end to a day filled with introspection and growth.

Welcome another fulfilling day of adhering to the Ashram's itinerary; you'll embark on an exhilarating white-water rafting adventure on the Ganges. 

Experience the rush of adrenaline as you navigate through the river's rapids. Later, indulge in an educational cooking demonstration, learning about local cuisine and culinary techniques.
