After breakfast a moment of relax before making our way to the first visit of the 

day, Assisi, where we will meet our local guide for a a private tour of the town.

Finish our visit to Assisi, we will continuos our five days wine tour visiting one 

of the most beatifull Borgo of Italy, Spello, where after a walk we will have a 

delicuos lunch inside de Walls.

Next, we will move forward to two of the most influence wineries in Montefalco, 

where you will have a private tour of the cellars, receive a full explanation of 

the wines and other specialties that are produced in the wine state. Having 

the opportunity to taste one of the most incredible and prestigious wines in Italy.

Finished the visit of the first winery, we will departure to our Hotel, and , after a 

moment of relax, you will be take for a dinner.

After breakfast at the hotel, your five days wine tour, continue 

visiting the first winery in the south area of Montefalco, where we will be taken

on a private tour of the cellars and tasting of the wines.

The whole wine making process will be explained, tasting three wines with a 

range of local products.

Get ready to get your hands full of flour preaparing pasta and other 

specialities of Umbria.

Our focus in this course is to teach you how to make different kind dishes that 

are the heart and soul of traditional Umbrian cuisine.

You will eat every thing you prepared along with the Farm’s wines.

Then you will proceed to the famous town of Spoleto, one of the most beatiful 

Umbrian medieval villages.

We will walk around the acient streets and taste a delicius caffe.

Departure to our second winery of the day, where we will be taken on a private 

tour of the cellars and tasting more of the precious wines of Montefalco pair 

with a four courses dinner.

Back to the Hotel and relax.

After breakfast, and check out, we will departure toward to Todi, another 

beatifull medieval town of Umbria, where we will walk around the streets 

inside the acient walls and tasting some of the delicateses of Todi.

Our five days wine tour in Umbria, will continuos with the first winery of the day, located in the area of Todi.

We will have a private tour of the cellars, wine tasting and a delicious lunch pair with the winery wines.

Second winery of the day will be located in the area of Orvieto, where we will vistit the vineyards, cantina and cellars, finishing with a tasting of 4 wines with a local products.

Once we finish the visit, we will make our way torwads our hotel, outside of Orvieto, where we will relax before dinner at the Hotel.
