  • It's a short ride to a White Hmong hilltribe village. Spend a few moments exploring the village, meeting the dwellers, and learning more about the traditions and customs of this unique ethnic group.
  • After this visit, drive back to Chiang Mai.
  • You will be transferred to the hotel.
  • In the evening, venture into the South Gate of the old city, then towards the traditional street food market.
  • While walking, the delicious aromas will tempt you as they emanate from the various food stalls and simple carts. 
  • Your guide will be on hand, introducing the local dishes on offer.
  • Try out the dishes you like.
  • Some of the local specialties to try include fried taro and pancakes, kanom jeen (rice noodles with curry soup), noodle soup, kanom krok (Thai coconut pudding), pad Thai, and the summer favorite- sweet mango with sticky rice.
